FAQ

Common questions

What is MARVIN?

Click-to-close reporting for GoHighLevel agencies. MARVIN joins your Meta ad data to your GHL pipeline (calls, bookings, shows, and closed deals) so you can see the real cost of a customer for every client, campaign, and ad. It also includes AI chat and a read-only MCP server for your agents.

What does MARVIN connect to?

GoHighLevel and Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) today. Google Ads is coming soon.

Why not just use Ads Manager?

Ads Manager stops at the lead. MARVIN follows each lead through booking, show, close, and revenue in GoHighLevel, so you can optimize for customers instead of the cheapest form fill.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes: connect GoHighLevel, connect Meta, link ad accounts to clients, and map your pipelines. MARVIN backfills your history automatically after that.

How are leads matched to ads?

MARVIN uses the identifiers GoHighLevel already captures from Meta lead forms and from GHL-hosted pages, forms, and surveys. For leads that arrive through other tools, you can map a standardized GHL custom field, or use UTM matching as a backup.

Can MARVIN change anything in my accounts?

No. MARVIN reads GoHighLevel data and Meta ad reporting with read-only access. GoHighLevel also requires one token permission so MARVIN can manage its own installation; that's what lets you disconnect MARVIN from Settings.

What happens to my access tokens?

Authorization tokens are stored encrypted on MARVIN's servers so scheduled imports can run. They are never sent to browser code or to AI providers.

Does it work across many clients and locations?

Yes. Unlimited clients, locations, ad accounts, and users on one plan.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol lets an AI client or agent request data from other systems. MARVIN's MCP server is read-only and scoped to your agency, so your agents can pull live reporting into tools like Slack and Sheets.

How much does it cost?

$297 per month, or $2,970 per year (2 months free). Custom builds start at $12,000. No setup fee.

How does the free trial work?

Start your trial with a card. You aren't charged for 7 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no contract. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
