HOW TO INSTALL MARVIN

Install steps

  1. Log in with the invited agency account.
  2. Open Settings and connect GoHighLevel.
  3. Connect Windsor.ai for ad data:
    1. Create a Windsor.ai account and link your ad accounts.
    2. Visit Windsor.ai Data Preview.
    3. Copy the API key from the blue textbox—the characters between api_key= and &date_preset.
    4. Enter the API key in MARVIN Settings and save.
  4. After the GHL and ad backfills finish, click BULK CONNECT + on Home. MARVIN automatically links matches; review them for incorrect links. Manual linking is also available on Home.
  5. Configure agency-level pipelines and stages in Settings, then configure account-specific mappings for each account on Home.
  6. Optionally configure UTM matching as a backup attribution method, either agency-wide or for individual accounts.
  7. Backfills run automatically. Verify that everything works, begin using MARVIN, and contact support if anything looks wrong.

Attribution

MARVIN automatically attributes leads using GHL information when direct Meta or Google integrations, or GHL-hosted pages, forms, and surveys, capture opt-ins. Leads imported through third-party Zapier or Make workflows may not attribute automatically. For those leads, use a standardized GHL custom field and map that field in MARVIN.
