Setup and connection guidance
MARVIN is in pre-release. The steps below cover the current GHL and reporting setup. Connect Google Ads using the current setup instructions. The direct Meta connection is in private testing; its read-only Facebook user OAuth setup and account-selection steps are available to test users.
- Log in with the invited agency account.
- Open Settings and connect GoHighLevel.
- Connect Google Ads using the current setup instructions. If you have private Meta test access, connect Meta in Settings, authorize read-only reporting, and select the ad accounts to import inside MARVIN.
- After the GHL and ad backfills finish, click BULK CONNECT + on Home. MARVIN automatically links matches; review them for incorrect links. Manual linking is also available on Home.
- Configure agency-level pipelines and stages in Settings, then configure account-specific mappings for each account on Home.
- Optionally configure UTM matching as a backup attribution method, either agency-wide or for individual accounts.
- Backfills run automatically. Verify that everything works, begin using MARVIN, and contact support if anything looks wrong.
Attribution
MARVIN automatically attributes leads using GHL information when GHL's native Meta or Google lead connections, or GHL-hosted pages, forms, and surveys, provide the required identifiers. Leads imported through third-party Zapier or Make workflows may not attribute automatically. For those leads, use a standardized GHL custom field and map that field in MARVIN. Google Ads uses the existing reporting connection. The direct Meta connection is in private testing and is separate from GHL's native Meta lead connections.
