Install MARVIN.

Connect the systems MARVIN needs to report from click to close.

Install steps

  1. Log in with the invited agency account.
  2. Open Settings and connect GoHighLevel.
  3. Connect Windsor for ad account imports.
  4. Sync GHL locations and calendars.
  5. Link each location to the right ad account.
  6. Select the pipelines and stages used for disposition.
  7. Run historical backfill before judging trends.

Attribution

MARVIN matches platform leads to GHL contacts, then uses pipeline movement to count qualified, booked, showed, closed, and lost outcomes. Pipeline mapping matters because it defines what each disposition means.

Before launch

  • Confirm each location has the right calendar.
  • Check ad account links before backfill.
  • Audit lead mismatch warnings after the first sync.
